The Purpose of these statments is to allow you to understand that at Dax Tatts we are committed to an accessible tattoo industry. That we are supportive of things like sober spaces, safe spaces, and work with you in a trauma informed, and consent based service. Your personal needs come before all services rendered. Please inform me if at any time you need a break or to tap out. You will never be treated with shame for listening to your body.

Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 03/24/26.

We at Dax Tatts are working to make our studio, website, and social media pages are accessible to people with disabilities.

What accessibility is

An accessible experience allows visitors with disabilities to receive services the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies. We recognize that everyone's needs and abilities are different and not offer wheel chair accessible studio space, but also trauma informed services and sessions.

Accessibility adjustments to sessions

We have come up with some ways to adapt our sessions to those who are differently abled, or have different needs and here are just some of the ways we are here to support you, or things we suggest in order to make your session more comfortable.

  • Bring water, juice, and snacks

  • Bring a stuffed animal to cuddle if needed

  • Bring a book, phone, or tablet to distract yourself

  • Have communication devices handy (texting, translator etc)

  • Longer consultations when necessary

  • Wheel chair accessible studio

  • Trauma informed sessions

  • Semi Private Tattoo Station
